Dr. Marshall Patrick Stagg, MD

WOW, Please see the review on 7-19-12, that is what Stagg did to my brother Dwayne which I believe led to his passing. He had the worst bedside manner and when the test came back, Stagg and his secretary became distant and kept referring to LSU for further help. There has to be something that can be done for a doctor like this? . If you were able to get her on the phone, she would say there is no way to speak with Stagg. I hope the other guy in the 7-2019 review pulled his mom in time. RIP Brother, always love you

My mother was patient under Dr. Stagg's care for several years. During her years with him, he truly but his heart into her case. He did all that he personally could to ensure that she recieved the best treatment for her condition. His staff were also very helpful and caring. They always wore smiles and greeted us both with love. They were patient and attentive. I would recommend Dr. Stagg and the staff at the Medical Oncology to anyone in this situation.

Do not go to this doctor. He is a hack. You will die before this guy will diagnose you and if your test comes back with a false negative, Dr. Stagg drops you like a hot potato. My mother is now going to die because of this guy's negligence.

Dr. Stagg and his Nurse Practioner were the BEST ! Their knowledge with my husbands cancer and how to effectively treat him was the BEST ! I give GOD all the praise for giving Dr. Staff / Nurse Practioner the knowledge to follow through with his (GOD) plan. My husband healing is SUPERNATURAL . My husband has returned back to work completed his treatment and I give GOD all the Glory for using Dr. Stagg to show what GOD can do. GOD CAN'T FAIL. Thanks Dr. Stagg/ Illean Nurse Practioner. GREAT team and your STAFF as well.

Dr. Stagg is my oncologist and he is wonderful.Very knowledgeable about different types of cancer and the various treatments, even mine which is somewhat rare. He is on the cutting edge when it comes to new treatments and therapies. While a little on the weird side, Dr. Stagg has a wonderful sense of humor. He was recommended to us by our family doctor who we had a very close relationship with. He may be a little rough around the edges but he is one of the very best in the region. He is very aggressive and proactive when it comes to treating your disease.

Did not spend much time with patient, kept going in and out of office. We were confused...Seemed to be pre-occupied and Hurried us out the door.Overall, he came into office wearing street clothes and we just assumed he was Dr. Stagg...with no initial greeting. We are giving him another chance b/c he is suppose to be a good doctor in his field.
