Dr. Martha Boatwright Boone, MD

Poor communicator. Poor decision-making. Recommended treatment led to severe problem due to lack of communication. Found another urologist who recommended a different treatment that worked and was the best treatment option, but this option never mentioned by Dr. Boone. I would not rate her as a "Top Doctor".

have been a patient of Dr. Boone for 18 years. She is by far the most thorough urologist in the field. I started seeing her when I was a teenager and 18 years later, she is the only urologist I would want to see. Dr. Boone listens attentively and takes time to make sure her patients feel heard. I suffered with kidney stones and IC for years and she was the only doctor that was really invested in my healing. Aside from being a wonderful and very competent doctor, she is an amazing person. I would highly recommend going to her! Her office staff is very welcoming as well. You will always leave an appointment feeling as if your concerns regarding your health, were taken seriously. Hands down the best Urologist!

Dr Boone is cold and lacks bedside manner. While I was hospitalized with a complication from a stint she placed she spoke only to my husband, stating I was "in hysterics". When I left the hospital, I sought help from a reputable urologist who determined that the stint she placed was too long for my body AND wasn't even what I needed. I had to have a procedure to fix that and then was finally able to have the surgery I actually needed to fix my problem... a congenital abnormality she failed to find after countless images and tests. I could have avoided a lot of unnecessary expense, pain, and frustration by not seeing Dr. Boone first. Hopefully sharing my story will help someone else.

I would like to thank Dr Martha Boone and her nursing assistant. Today I had to have a cystoscopy and was very nervous. Both made me feel at ease and the whole procedure was totally painless. They explained each and every step. I would certainly recommend Dr Boone and would always return to see her if I have any further problems. The only negative is the receptionist could be a little more welcoming .

I was extremely happy that I was referred to Dr. Boone. My condition did result in surgery and I was extremely happy that it was her experienced and capable hands that I was in. My mother was very happy how Dr. Boone kept her informed and took the time to explain everything. Dr. Boone runs a tight ship and her staff is top notch and the most efficient, courteous I've ever experienced. That's really nice when you have a lot of things going on. It makes it all a little less stressful. I'm a fan!

I was sick and in need of a urologist now. I had been going to a medium sized practice in North Fulton for years having had 12 episodes of kidney stones and suffering the normal urinary issues a 59 year old male seems to develop.

Simply the best. One top shelf, high quality Doctor here!

dr. Martha was direct, kind of no nonsense, got right down to the problem. I felt she was thorough. I am glad I went to her. I feel she will help me with my medical problem. I would be happy to refer others to her. love her staff, they are so helpful Liked her
