Dr. Martha Anne Burton, MD

I’m not sure WHO the other reviewers saw or what staff, but I was impressed with how personable her staff was and how friendly Dr Burton was herself. There was no rushing. She took the time to listen to all my concerns & complaints, went over the preventative things I should consider at my age and made me feel very very comfortable on BOTH visits.

Extremely rude and devoid of compassion or concern. If you try to speak she interrupts and speaks over you. You are not even allowed to tell her why you are there. First and last visit and I'm surprised she has any patients at all. Does more damage than good with her attitude. Someone like this should not be allowed to practice medicine in my opinion.

Worst doctor that I have ever had in my life. She thinks she is GOD with a prescription pad.

I looked up the definitions of rude and uncaring in Webster's and her picture was the first listing in both! It then referred me to unprofessional, and bam, there she was again.

She has the bedside manner of a rotten fence post.

I originally visited her office as a new patient When I asked her about specific health complaints I was experiencing she walked out saying "That's all you get for your thirty dollars" (co-pay)

Very poor experience. Will never consider returning nor will I ever recommend to anyone.

Both Dr. Burton and her staff are the most uncaring group of individuals I have ever met. They could benefit from an intensive training class in professionalism. Perhaps a program entitled "Caring and compassion for those in need". Oops....that is a basic CNA entry level course!!!

This doctor was the worst one that I have been to. Waited over and hour and half after appointment time. I had a horrible cough and extreme pain in my right side for three weeks and had been taking over the count meds and they weren't helping. The doctor was very rude and seemed to be in a huge hurry. Doctor spent about 5 mins in the room. I had taken lab work with me that had just been done a week earlier for maintenance thyroid meds. Dr said that I would have to come back in six weeks an do labs so she could see what my levels were because she wouldn't except the labs I had done a week ago. Then gets up and says your done and walks out of the room with out even saying what she would give for my horrible cough which was nothing said to try over the counter meds which I had been doing for three week. With no results. I then hear her telling the nurse that I had wasted her time!!!!!! I didn't realize that paying $60 for five minutes and her to do absolutely nothing for me was a… waste of time, except my own. This was my first visit to the dr who accepted me as a new patient then says that I'm a waste of time. I will never go back to her and neither will my family. THIS IS NOT SOMEONE U WOULD WANT TO TAKE CARE OF U OR YOUR FAMILY!!!!!! This doctor is extremely rude and has an attitude and does not care about her patients at all. Patient beware!!!!!!!
