Dr. Martha Griffin Bush, MD

Dr. Bush is an ER physician at Texas Harris HEB and contracts with the hospital but is not part of any PPO organization. HEB is a ppo hospital but not Dr. Bush. My son happened to go to the ER on Christmas Day and the hospital claim was paid with no problems but then I received a bill from Dr. Bush for $411.00 and it said she was a NON-PPO doctor. We had no way on earth of knowing that she was not a ppo provider. Who would know this in an emergency situation? When I contacted her office to request they write off what the insurance company didn't pay they said "The Doctor doesn't negotiate". Wow, how can you put such undue financial burden on people? Steer clear of this doctor.

A doctor who is not afraid to actually provide a human touch to her care she provides to her patients! Very hard to find such a doctor who is willing to go the extra mile not only in patient care, but to bring assurance and calmness to her patients and their families. I highly recommend Dr. Bush!

Bedside mannar made me feel alot better about the crappy situation i was in and was good enough for me to look her up and see if i could make her my primary.. unfortuantly she just a Pediatrician..
