Dr. Martha Ann David, MD

Very difficult to get an appointment and/or receive test results. Phone staff is rude and inconsiderate. Even after calling repeatedly for results you are totally ignored. Very disappointed in this doctor. She does not listen well to why you are being seen nor does she follow up with results. Wait time has been an hour or longer for appointments.

ridiculous since I'm a high priority patient, I've only ever seen her PA Brenda who is a sweetheart and so helpful, she's the sole reason I even considered giving them 2 stars. I was in urgent care and then sent to the er, with me needing to see a doctor right after. It's going on week 3 of me calling in multiple times to talk to my doctor or nurse. Yet nobody can call me back and the office ladies are so rude (one just rudely and sarcastically told me to go back to the ER if it's such a big deal). Their complaint department lady (office manager) is also blantly rude and unhelpful. They can't even keep check of when your last appointment is, they said I haven't seen them since 2018, I saw them less then 2 months ago and have the proof. It has to do with my kidney which I already only have one of as it is. If you want to see a doctor with a respectful office, that will get back to you and cares about your health, then don't go here. On the other hand the OBGYN section there is… AMAZING and I'd recommend them to everybody

Dr. David is the BEST! She takes the time to hear what you have to say and treat you. She is a very kind and caring doctor!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. David gor 20 years. I followed her to different practices twice. When I had a nagging cough nobody else could diagnose, she figured it out. She is smart, thorough, listens and does excellent work.

Does not build rapport with her patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. David's for many years, following her from Brockport. I never feel rushed during my appointments. She and the entire staff have always been courteous.

I currently have calcific tendinitis in my elbow. Very painful if I bend it certain ways or even stretch it. Dr. David said she was going to call to set up an ultrasound. She never did. I called "every day" inquiring & I never got a call back until 5 days later. I get a call from her office asking if I needed the number to call myself to set it up?! Wow! Why didn't Dr.David give me the number to call during our appointment? I Could have had this removed by now or least have an appointment in place. I also talked to her about quitting smoking. I explained I was on my last pack of my last carton. She told me to call 1-866-NY-QUITS. A phone call & four 10 dollar packs of cigarettes later, I'm still waiting for patches in the mail from the hot line & definitely now, I am looking for a new doctor. Thank you Dr. David for prolonging my situations & thank you Dr. David for NOTHING! I would never recommend you to anybody. That's for sure!

Dr. David is an exemplary, caring, knowledgeable, and competent doctor. Three generations of my family are her patients and she is simply a wonderful and thorough physician.
