Knowledgeable and cares about the patient.

My husband died under doctor Kendall care. I am heartbroken. She cuold have saved him, but her staff told him she was away and not checked on him after that call. I agree she needs to retire.

Dr. Kendall needs to retire before she does some serious damage to other patients not just me. Her diagnostic skills are lacking, she can no longer code a bill accurately, and then when she Odâ??s you on a medicine instead of taking charge to fix the situation she sends you off to a hospital for observation. You really need to work her over in order to perform and then it is too late. She appears to be locked in a time capsule that limits her ability to practice todayâ??s medicine, respect a patients HIPAA rights, and knows nothing about legal documents that take precedence over her wishes. Dr. no longer sit on god like thrones and the final word belongs to the patient.

When my previous doctor retired I had to find someone new. I had two visits with Dr. Kendall. Both were annual checkups. A couple months prior to the second one I had injured my knee, while pain was increasing I thought I would wait until my annual checkup to have her look at it. Her diagnosis consisted of listening to my discussion and advising me that since I had been walking on it for two months it must not be that bad and continue to walk on it, and looking at it from across the room. All I can surmise is that she was annoyed that I had not come in for a different appointment to address this specific complaint. As pain progressed I went to a specialist and surgery was required. I have no confidence in Dr. Kendall's diagnostic instinct or capability and will not return.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Kendall for close to 10 years. She was our doctor when my husband received a scary diagnosis of CML in 2003. She made a quick and accurate diagnosis and referred us to the appropriate specialist. She also did something that was very comforting to us, she called us at home to see how he was doing after his diagnosis. We had supreme confidence in her and, in a medical community where one often feels like a doctor's hand is on the doorknob, we felt truly cared about.

I found Dr. Kendall to be consistently courteous and responsive, and recommended friends and family members to see her (they did and were similarly pleased with her). Dr. Kendall brings an obvious experience and intelligence to her practice, but she also has an integrity that instills trust and confidence. Having been a patient of hers for almost a decade, I can say without reservation that any/all diagnoses she made were sound and, importantly, constructive. I remain a happier --and healthier-- patient thanks to Dr. Kendall's care. Regarding some of the negative reviews on this site, I certainly can't speak to other peoples' experiences or preferences, but I'm frankly shocked that anyone would rate Dr. Kendall as unhelpful or unpleasant. I am painfully aware of how backwards and ineffective our current health care system is, and how these limitations make the process quite challenging at times, I believe Dr. Kendall is a refreshingly *real* and very positive force for good.

It seems like she is always frustrated about something.
