Dr. Martha Lee Oreilly, MD

I've been seeing Dr O'Reilly for a few years now. She is the best medical professional I have ever encountered. She is very down to earth, honest, practical, thorough, and not afraid to admit when she doesn't have an answer. She will also do everything within her power to find the answer. I don't know why people have had such problems with appointment wait times. The only time I have had this issue was when she needed to spend unplanned extra time with another patient or in an emergency. She doesn't tell you to make another appointment when the clock runs out. I don't mind waiting a bit longer the two times I've had to; I've also been one of those patients with which she wound up having to spend extra time. Dr. O'Reilly appears to genuinely care about her patients, and it's such a nice change from many of my previous experiences due to chronic, complicated health issues. I wish she was able to specialize in all fields, so I would never have to deal with being referred out to those… with more expertise. That is my only complaint about her! But she also does a great job working with the specialists to coordinate care, which can make a world of difference when things get complicated. I don't think she realizes what a differences she makes, even if she can't magically fix everything. Her team is also great. She is accompanied in her work by kind and competent nursing staff. Most of the people in the clinic are so friendly and understanding. The only thing that frustrates me is the reception. As I curled up on the floor having a panic attack at the window during check in at one visit, the receptionist calmly brushed me off and then continued with her intake questions, despite my inability to speak. Luckily, other staff intervened to help me. It's also rare to get checked in without standing in line a while. I think they need more people up front, especially considering the constant phone calls they also have to take care of, but maybe there just isn't room for more people. Regardless, dealing with them is well worth it to be provided with such great quality of care by the doctor.

The Best Doctor That I have ever seen, I have seen Lots I Highly Recommend Her. She Cares and Takes Time For Her Patients. Will Never see any Others.

Dr. Reilly was very detailed in her questions about past health problems. She even tested me for Alzheimer's without me asking for it. I knew because my mom had passed away

I had 2 'last minute' appointments. She was very detailed, and even screened me for Alzheimer's, though I was not supposed to know. I thought that made a a super detailed doctor.

She is a wonderful doctor and really cares about her patients.

I have worked with Dr. O'Reilly through hospice care for many years. She cares very much about her patient's well being and has remained steadfast in her care for her terminally ill patients. I am sure she was sad that someone had that perception of their experience with her.

She Spends the time to understand what is going on Been to over 13 other doctors who just did not give care about me She is the Best of everyone I have seen , People may complain about certain things but everyone remember and think how many patients she has to see and time they allow her to spend with each patient She is The Best I have ever seen.
