Dr. Martha Pilchman, MD

Unfortunately, my mom is a patient of Dr. Pilchman. As a healthcare essential worker, I am appalled by the rudeness, unprofessional and lack of compassion they have. My mother is a cancer patient, she is not computer or phone savvy neither own a computer. How in the world under the current situation of COVID19, she is been told that she is only getting 30 days supply refills (medication she is been on it for the longest time and prescribed by Dr. Pilchman) because she would have to go physically unless she do a virtual visit. I will make an official report with the Department of Health and Medical Board.

Horrible office staff! I called in advance to cancel an appointment and they lied and said I never called. The Dr. is ok but her motive is all about money. She writes out very expensive prescriptions and when you cant fill them because of copay she gives you an attitude. Her practice is focused on her convenience only not the customer. She doesn't even practice in the hospital.

staff needs alot of improvement ! esp the secretary who is very nasty !!

fantastic. her ability to speak two languages is of great help. very caring and knowledgeable.
