She is so sweet, friendly and considerate! She addressed all my issues and spent quality time with me.

The doctors are very nice and have an excellent bedside manner; however the way this office is run is absolutely horrible. It is impossible to get an appointment. Their phones are always off and they don't call back. It seems like the office staff has no idea what they are doing. If you are sick and need to be seen right away..good luck. I have never been able to get in and I have always had to go to STAT. For a medical clearance for a surgery..good luck being seen. They give you the run around and tell you the wrong information. Then they want you to see their specialist that come to the office. Suinds shady to me. We are switching to another MD. I have seen STAT doctors way more times than I have seen these doctors when I am sick and I have been a patient for only 3 years. My husband and I are done with this office.

The worst staff, the physician does not care about the patients and assigns all duties to a PA or staff. Terrible!

Office only accepts cash or credit cards and wants credit card information prior to services. Office does not know how to file an insurance claim. Medical results always require a follow-up visit.

I really loved this doctors 'bedside manner' and easy going personality. I really wanted to like this doctor, but I find it almost impossible to make an appointment. With their limited phone hours and inability to leave voice messages, you can never reach a real person. When I finally got an appointment for a physical, I waited about 15 minutes (which I feel is average) and instead of doing the physical, they suggested a complete blood workup before hand. I get it, but why did they tell me that there?! It was a waste of an appointment. I couldn't get the blood work because I ate already. After I had the blood workup, they never followed up. When I inquired (after at least 6 different attempts to get in touch with them), I was told they would call back. I have yet to hear back. I'm a busy professional who doesn't have a ton of time, so I find their lack of attention and office hour phone operation extremely frustrating. Hopefully this review will help to shed some… light on ways to improve.

I am writing this review on my primary care doctor, Doctor. Martha Tsarkalis. I have been going to this office for over a year now and I love her and her staff! The office is beautiful everyone is so friendly and clean. She is very educated and very helpful. Everyone in her office is so polite and feel like almost family!

I have always disliked doctors very much until I found Dr. Tsarkalis. She is a wonderful and caring MD who is very easy to talk to about any concern you may have. Her office is extremely thorough and do many tests in their office that most places would refer you somewhere else for. I wish I could give her 5 stars but it is not possible on here!

Dr. Tsarkalis is wonderful! From her charming bedside manner to her caring and patients, she is just a delight, and I don't really like DRs! She is always open to listen to your thoughts on your condition and willing to look at many options for resolving a problem. She is very current on new medical information and takes the time to explain things in an understandable way with out ever being condescending. My children and I both see her and we all feel comfortable with her as our PCP.
