Dr. Martha E Ziegler, MD

My confidentiality was clearly violated during my last visit. I was told to park just 3 feet away from two other vehicles with their windows rolled down while the nurse went through my list of symptoms. Privacy rights were not honored.

I understand that these are difficult times, but I expect a certain level of confidentiality. The nursing assistant that took my vitals and the assistant at the door yelled my symptoms so that the patients parked beside me could hear. This is clearly against patient confidentiality.

First visit as new patient. Visit was pleasant. Dr. Ziegler was informative, and took time to listen to my medical concerns. Her staff was very efficient, and pleasant.

Dr. Ziegler really cares about her patients. She takes time to listen to all your concerns.

I have called a total of five times in the past three weeks. Obviously it is not an urgent matter, but no one has returned my calls. I have left 2 messages with the front desk and left 3 messages on the nurses voicemail. Now the issue needs attention, so I will have to use Teledoc or urgent care.

I am so happy I found Dr.Zeigler. She actually listens to me and tries different things to overcome the problem instead of just prescribing a pill to cover it up. First doctor in months I feel comfortable with and that is trying to help me. I have diabetes and all over body pain. She is very knowledgable and spends time with you. Very clean and friendly office. They even called me back in 2 days with my bloodwork results. My last Dr I called 3 times and they never called me back. I have now made her my new PCP.
