Dr. Martin Harold Derrow, MD

Wait time is ridiculous. Over 60 minutes in waiting room and then another 60 in room waiting for Doctor. This has been the same thing every time we come here. Doctor is great but not worth waiting over two hours. My time is just as important as his. Will definitely be finding another Doctor.

Dr. Derror has been my doctor for about 4 years. Last visit I saw his assistant & was treated the same as Dr. Derror would have done. She prescribed the proper medicine which I am taking currently.

If you want to live healthier, longer and have a better quality of life all I can say is " Listen to him " and do what he asks of you. He has never cut me short on time to get to the next patient and has explained everything in a way I can understand it. Very professional. Top of the line. Appointments are easy to obtain and the lobby wait is within 15 mins of my appointment time (+/-) a touch but nothing huge and " It's OK " with me. I don't mind the wait as I already expanded on him " Spending all the time I Need " on me, not rushing to get out to the next person. I expect the same for others. I've seen a lot of Doctors and Dr Derrow is over the top - One of the best in his field. Hat's off to you sir.

The wait time is unacceptable. Every appt is a two hour minimum. Office waiting area is freezing. Doctor is not too personable.

The wait time in this office is just unacceptable. The staff offers no apologies nor explanations. In fact they are indifferent to the point of rudeness. After waiting 2 hours (!) I simply had to leave. When I requested my copay back one of the staff said the girl who handles that won't be back for an hour. Really!? If the doctor wishes to spend a longer consult time with each patient then appointments should be scheduled accordingly. This is only my second visit to this office but likely my last.

I've been Dr. Derrow's patient several years but am going to have to find a new primary care physician due to the high cost of urgent care visits now. Everytime I get sick & need to be seen, they can't see me & tell me to go to a walk in clinic. My co-pay at a walk in is $90; too expensive. I need a doctor with at least 1 p.a. who can handle the everyday illness such as a urinary tract infection or sinus infection. Further, Dr. D tends to be very preachy in areas of weight & exercise. It makes me not want to come into his office. He seems moody from my assesment but that is my observation, at times he is cordial, other times sharply rebukes the patient & I just don't need that.

Dr. Derrow is very thorough and explains everything very well. He is friendly yet professional at all times. The only downside is the wait to see him can be long. However, he does spend the time with you when he comes in the room.

Dr. Derrow is one of the most professional, and knowledgeable physicians I have ever met. I've been a patient of Dr. Derrow's for many years. He spends as much time with you as you need, and explains every aspect of his diagnosis. Very good bedside manner.

the last visit to Dr Derrow to review blood workup took 15 minutes, the wait to get the results was 90 minutes. this wasn't the first wait that went over an hour. while three patients waited, it appeared a majority of his staff went to lunch.

The office is closed during lunch and it is very hard to get people on the phone.
