Dr. Martin Harvey Ehrlich

Needed a new Doctor as my old doctor retired. There were some concerns from my lab results that my other doctor was staying aware of. I liked the idea of this center. It is very nice. But... Went to Doctor Ehrlich for two years. Like some of the other reviewers he smirked a lot and did not tell me there were some very important results on my lab test I should be concerned about.

Had a few negative experiences with Dr. Ehrlich before I made the decision that i'd had enough and switched doctors. I had a few annual checkups where his attitude was tolerable. I got the sense that he felt he was doing me a big favor by seeing me, but no major issues so I kept him as my regular doctor. I came in for a specific problem at one point and he smirked and responded to my concern with a cavalier attitude I found distasteful. The final straw came when I went in last year with a specific issue - pneumonia that wouldn't go away. He ridiculed me for having gone to the ER when I was having trouble breathing over the weekend. I spent the visit defending myself and dealing with his dismissive and condescending attitude when I had gone there hoping for treatment and help.In summary: BAD ATTITUDE. Not a caring or helpful doctor.

Have never been to an internist who seemed so reluctant to do any kind of physical exam. Spent the entire first appt talking, no physical. At the follow-up, I felt like he was doing me a favor by examining me at all. Didn't take blood pressure either. He was out-of-network; I won't pay full price to sit and talk.

i don't know what others are talking about, he's easy to reach, has a lovely bedside manner, and uses both western and eastern medicine to diagnose

I was never notified of my lab test results. It was after a month that I called the office and was told to contact Dr. Erhlich. He is hard to reach by phone, the best way is via email. He didn't responded to my voicemail via email rather than phone. When I did get my lab results it was incorrect when I was told I had a certain test when in fact I didn't. All, all I expected a better higher level of care than what I received from Dr. Erhlich as I always had good visits with other doctors I've seen before at the the Continuum Center for Healing.

Have seen him multiple times. Sometimes met with a dismissive or accusatory tone. Not sure if he is overworked or what but I found that behavior unacceptible.
