The doctor here is amazing. His staff however are not at all. I have been waiting for a referral for 5 months now in order to see a specialist. Just today when I call, I wanted to see up an appointment and the lady who answered the phone told me she could not get me in today. So I asked about tomorrow, she then told me they have an "event". I mean, what does that mean? So they can't see me? I just hung the phone and told them I guess I'll just go to the walk in clinic. Very poor customer service.

Used a derogatory term when talking about women, talked over patient, told patient to "suck it up", Knowledgeable but very much "my way or the high way"

This doctor looked up the cause of my complaint online in front of me during one visit! He bills me for a consultation when I go in to request routine lab tests. This is illegal, i am trying to find out how to report it to the appropriate authorities. He prescribes lab tests not covered by preventative wellness insurance plans, even when asked not to do so by patients, and then leaves the patient to foot the bill. Irresponsible and arrogant.

Outstanding doctor, listens and take actions appropriately. Keeps patients informed and always looking out after them.

He is very knowledgeable and wants to help me help myself without reverting to drugs trying holistic first. didn't just ask whats wrong and here's your pills so ya excellent! And that's double ditto for Sonja Fontana in the Visalia office.
