Have been seeing Dr. Feldman since 2001 and am yet to have a negative thing to say. I find that Dr. Feldman and Casey Dallas ( Cressman) to be professional, thorough and friendly. I have never ever felt rushed and have always been afforded the time & consideration. Top marks from me.

WHEN CALLING HIS OFFICE, THE RECORDER STATES THAT YOU ARE #12 ON LIST OF WAITING TO SPEAK TO FRONT OFFICE STAFF JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NO FOLLOW THRU WITH REQUESTS, PARTICULARLY HIS ASSISTANT. SECOND VISIT WITH DR. FELDMAN, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NO LONGER SEE HIM IF I DIDN'T SEE THEIR SPECIALISTS WITH INTEGRATED MEDICAL SERVICES. I'VE HAD MY SPECIALISTS FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. THERE IS NO REASON WHY MY CURRENT SPECIALISTS COULDN'T FAX MY MEDICAL HISTORY TO DR. FELDMAN. EVIDENTLY DR. FELDMAN IS CONTRACTED WITH IMS, SO HAS TO ABIDE BY HIS CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS WITH THEM.. PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH IMS THREE TIMES BUT TO NO AVAIL.. THEY KEPT PASSING THE BUCK AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT HIS OFFICE MANAGER. I'M NOT WASTING ANY MORE OF MY VALUABLE TIME AND MOVED ON TO ANOTHER PRIMARY WHERE I GET THE BEST OF SERVICES.

I have been seeing Dr. Feldman for many years, since his office on Hearn. I have seen his staff come and go, but I must say the staff he has now is amazing. So upbeat, friendly, funny, caring, compassionate and kind. Dr. Feldman is a wonderful man, and while you may have to wait a little while to see him, he is well worth it. Since going paperless his office seems to run much smoother. I highly recommend him to anyone I know and love.
