Dr. Martin Lewis Freeman, MD

Make a long story short back in 2012 after specialist's in my area couldn't find the source of my pain with being diagnosed with possible early chronic pancreatitis I was told and referred to the best of the best doctor Freeman my first he was concerned and polite however my second visit many more test and waisted insurance payouts and traveling twice 700 miles he was hateful and rude after being told that he couldn't confirm chronic pancreatitis and that a pancreas transplant wasn't a option and that I do have abnormalities in the pancreas so my question to him is he need to educate himself on other conditions that mimic pancreas and abdominal pain after many years later I see a pancreas surgeon in Dallas I'm told that my source of pain is an entrapped nerve in the abdominal wall called ACNES a condition found in the 1800's and known about in 1970 in the usa with Freeman having 39 years experience I feel he needs to educate himself more on abdominal issues good luck if you consider… him in your endeavors

No other physician knows more about CP than this man. He’s wonderful. He listens and truly cares about each patient he encounters.

We just got back from Minnesota and this physician was incredible. I urge anyone who is struggling with chronic pancreatitis to make the trip to U of M to have an appt with him. He genuinely cares and wants to help people. He’s incredible.

I could write a book about this man, but I'm sure I am limited to a handful of words. Martin Freeman M.D, is one of the few that can claim to have saved lives where others could not. I am 60 years old, I have seen it all. I can count on one hand the heroes I have known. That leaves me with two extra fingers.
