More than adequate time, seem to know his business

Very professional staff! Definitely the most high tech office in the area. It is definitely complete healthcare because everything can be done there. I've been a patient for many years. Clean, beautiful office.

The back office is very good but the front desk personel need a class on Professionalism. They will by talking on the telephone and leave you standing there for 5 minutes before even acknowledging that you are there. They are rude and look as if they are repulsed at you. It is very discouraging to have to be subjected to this type of treatment when you are already feeling poorly or worried about the prognosis. I feel that soemtimes the elderly are overwhelmed with the attitude. However, if it is someone they know and like it is different. I have been in the waiting room many times in the last seven years and feel as if maybe I will change physicians because of this. Mr Post is the reason for me staying he is personable and very kind.
