Dr. Martin Glowacki, MD

I cannot say enough about Dr. Glowacki and his staff. Not only is Dr. Glowacki efficient and effective in his work, he's got a great bedside manner and really listens to the problem before determining a plan of treatment. His PA Brittany is the same and so good at what she does. I like that she consults with Dr. Glowacki before going forward with her plan of treatment. There are times that I've called her with questions and she's pulled up my MRI right while we're talking and advise me. When I do go to the office, it's clean, the staff is very friendly and the wait is never long, even when getting an injection (I'm usually in and out under an hour). With having had a laminectomy and 2 spinal fusions, I've seen a lot of orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, not to mention physical therapists and pain doctors. By far, Dr. Glowacki and his staff are the best I've experienced. I highly recommend this doctor and his practice.

The staff at Martin Glowacki practice is abusive and threatening. They attempt to practice medicine without licenses. For instance staff tried to switch me via phone from Tramadol to Dilaudid without any reason to. They were abusive in nature when I was depressed and suicidal. Jenny in particular. Consistently called and taunted me with messages that she was going to get me fired from the practice because all I did was cry. Jenny told Glowacki that I was violating my plan of care and refusing to follow Dr. Conroy’s plan of care. No....I was refusing to allow her to be abusive and recommend medical procedures and medications as a receptionist. The receptionist at this practice pulled medical records repeatedly without a signed release to do so. Which includes pulling psych records from when I was a teen and undergoing treatment as a trauma survivor. The records they pulled had absolutely nothing to do with treating a congenital hip defect or migraines. But, as staff put it “made… excellent reading material that the office could gossip about” Dr. Conroy told me the next day not to take it personal that the staff at Glowacki M.D. always pulled every patients medical records without proper request. So don’t take it personal.

I have been dealing with a deteriorating lower back for some time now. Curved spine, pinched nerves and generally worn out. I have now found my answer to delaying a surgery that would be an OrthoPods dream! I need a lot of hardware to put me back together. However, Dr. Glowacki has introduced me to an alternative solution that I truly believe will help me continue with a good quality of life for quite a while. Dr. Glowacki addresses the problems directly. He doesn't sugar coat things just to appease you. I like being told the truth of the matter right up front. Good, bad or indifferent. It may not be everyones way to get relief but for me I know I'm no longer the "Grumpy Gus" I've been for so long because of the pain I have been living with. In addition, the staff that I have dealt with has been great! Timely appointments that fit my schedule and very little wait time until I am seen. I can't be more pleased.

Dr. Glowacki and PA Brittany Morrell are beyond excellent. They listen and explain treatments. The entire staff is professional and kind. The treatments have literally been life changing for me. Yes, they can hurt a bit, but if you truly have pain it is worth it. I had been to other doctors, a neurosurgeon, and physical therapy to no avail. Turns out my neck was so bad that it had been the cause of weakness in my arms and legs and what had curled my hand for over a decade. I now have use of my hand again. I will not lie and say I am pain free but he has been able to make it tolerable when it had been pretty unbearable. Now instead of sharp pain I mostly have aches. Considering I have severe arthritis and spinal stenosis this is pretty close to a miracle. If you are debating going in, all I can say is I went in as a total skeptic, and am so truly grateful that I gave it a try.

Have recommended Dr Glowacki to others. I have been going here for several years. Great staff and always making strides to be sure my back pain is under control. Have had many injections, some have worked more than others. Dr Glowacki has been an amazing help to keep my pain under control.

He is kind, sweet and the best at what he does! Of course there is some pain involved! The spot he works on is sore and swollen. He has helped me, My husband and my son more than any other doctor!!! If it weren't for him I would have missed a whole Christmas with my grandkids. He cared for me when NO ONE ELSE would! His staff is beyond kind!!! He worked with my insurance plan and got it covered for us. In our eyes, he is a angel that is the best at what he does. And hes funny cute and one in a million! Toni, George and George jr. Powelson

I went to see this Dr. and noticed his waiting room was dirty with worn out old furniture. His staff was extremely unprofessional to me and my husband. The Dr. well, his PA is smarter than him. He does not interact with you very well and does not really listen and that was a concern. I should have left right then with the first encounter at his front desk. His treatment hurt me more and he was not concerned. I now go to another Dr.. Remember you are the patient and it is your money, next time I will walk out now I know.

This Doctor is not a professional, I did not trust him, had one treatment and never went back. His staff is not nice or kind. Office and treatment areas not clean and that worried me and my husband. It was all very bad, everything from taking down my history to the procedure itself. He hurt me.

Do to problems that I created I was unable to continue at this clinic. I will miss them as the staff was always friendly and I rarely had to wait.
