Dr. Martin Randall Jones, MD

I came to the emergency room at 2:00 in the morning. There was no one in the waiting room The ER department was not busy at all so there was no reason The doctor could not provide quality care. Dr Jones walked into the ER waiting room and stayed at there's nothing we can do for you here call your regular doctor. He did not even examine me or ask me to go over my symptoms with him. He ordered some pain medicine and walked out of the room. I refuse the pain medicine as I was not properly evaluated by this doctor. I have had excellent care with the doctors that I have seen with CMC. That is why I chose this hospital emergency room. There is no excuse for this doctor's behavior or his lack of interest in seeing what is wrong with the patient when they come in at 2:00 a.m. with pain.

Absolutely horrible doctor. No bedside manner waited over 2 hrs for him to come in and not listen. Shared I have asthma and restricted airways he refused to prescribe an inhaler that I've been on or give meds for my nebulizer at home. Gives an antibiotic that I can't take because I'm Jewish but like I said he doesn't listen to the patient nor does he care. Horrible experience! The staff were just as bad more concerned with there gossip than care of patients!

This Doc is just so awesome... it brings tears to my eyes. I came into the waiting room after having an awful day (I broke 3 fingers). The day was enlightened by Doctor Jones. Thank you for fixing my fingers!

Great overall experience aside from my injuries.
