A doctor with common sense! Definitely a 5-star doc.

I moved back to New Jersey from North Carolina 3 years ago. I was just about ready to give up on finding a good doctor. I'm glad I didn't give up, because I found a GREAT one in Dr. Klein! He listens with compassion, diagnoses with care and never rushes you. He is friendly, approachable and kind. I feel very comfortable discussing any condition with him. His staff has always been accommodating and responsive. If you are new to the area or even remotely unhappy with your current medical office - you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Klein.

Best office staff, except one..but there is always that one, but honestly best office staff I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been to a lot of doctors! And then Dr. Klein is outstanding, he is always listening and makes sure he knows everything about you ahead of time. I have been dealing with a brain tumor and malfunction since I turned 18 and this office staff and all is the best I’ve ever been blessed with! I do hope you consider them for your family care, you won’t find anyone better!

I like that Dr. Klein listens to me when I explain what is wrong. He takes my knowledge of my own health seriously and into serious consideration when evaluating my overall condition. I have had only positive experiences with him.

I was a patient of Dr. Klein for 6 years when he was in his other office in Flemington. Since he relocated to Riverview in Clinton, I found the office staff to be EXTREMELY unprofessional, EXTREMELY rude on the phone and they never gave the doctor any of my phone messages. Dr. Klein however, is a very good doctor, knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely concerned about his patients. The only reason I transferred to another primiary physician is solely due to the staff. I've spoken with several other people who go to the Riverview office and they said they found the office staff to be rude, ubrupt etc. and plan on finding another primary care physician as a direct result of the staff. I feel Dr. Klein will lose many patients as a result of the staff. He should be aware of this.

Hours are not convenient and appointments are impossible to get. Relevant information regarding appointments is not conveyed to patients (e.g., I make an afternoon appointment for a physical and was not told that I need to fast for 12 hours before the appointment). A possible diagnosis was communicated through messages from office staff and was never mentioned during a visit. Dr. Klein himself may be okay (except for that last bit) but the office is terribly run and the staff is often rude.

Dr. Klein is as competent with me as he is with my children. He is timely and pays attention when you tell him what is wrong and why you are there. I didn't feel rushed.

Dr. Klein is wonderful. He puts you at ease and is very easy to talk to. He's very attentive, very knowledgable, good follow up. Can't say enough good things about him. Would highly recommend him.
