Dr. Martin Philip Krieger, DDS

We have been seeing Dr. Krieger and Cassinelli for 5 years and we love their office. The staff is always courteous and genuinely cares for my children. We sometimes have to wait for our appointments but we expect that in an office that only sees children. The hygienists are so helpful and always answer any questions I may have.

Although I really like Dr. Krieger, I will not be back or recommend his office. His hygienists are hit or miss-there is a young blonde girl there who was not patient or kind to my child, but there was another woman (on a different visit) there who was very friendly and answered my 5 year old's questions. I have had 2 of my 3 appointments with him rescheduled by his office- twice on the day of. His office staff is horrible. Not only are they rude, but I called and asked if they took my insurance, they told me yes, but they did not tell me that they were out of network, so we got hit with all these extra charges. It cost us almost 1500 for 2 fillings.They were super rude, with the whole situation. I have never been treated as unprofessionally as I was here. I would not recommend them at all, unless you want to be intentionally overcharged and treated very poorly. So disappointing because all of his reviews on one site are ALL 5 stars. Kinda makes you wonder...
