I felt uncomfortable with him. He would be typing on his laptop and shushing me. He caused me to feel very uncomfortable about my weight. If you’re overweight stay away from this doctor!

Dr. Lesser has been our doctor since we moved from NH 12 yrs. ago. He has always listened to us, never rushed us and he took the best care of both my husband and I . It has been our good fortune to have found him as he is a doctor who cares.

Compassionate and kind. He went beyond the call of duty in caring for my elderly mother. Always took time with us. Other family members have switched over to his care. We need more doctors like Dr. Lesser.

This office is near impossible to get a hold of anyone and they almost never return calls. I have called their office regarding my mothers medication refill 3 x over the past 2 weeks and have no response and CVS has had no response. I will be searching for a new doctor for my parents as this is not a very resposive office for treatment of Adults. Would give no stars if option was given!!!

I have been with Dr.Lesser since he started his practice in Holyoke in 1993 or 1994. My children have been with him as well. I even had my mother switch to him as her primary. Open, honest, genuine and direct.

Dr. Lesser is very paternalistic and judgmental, depending on his mood. If you want good treatment from him, don't have any vulnerability. He will try to make you feel worthless. He will tell you when to follow up, then ask "Why are you here?" It seems that he means well, but is misguided and not very professional.

Has no compassion,wanted me to have tests which I found out later on didn't need.Told me pain in stomach was nothing now having gallbladder out.Found new dr.
