Horrible billing practices. Can only book 15 minute appointments and cannot have a conversation with the doctor because he’s always looking for an excuse to bill you later. Even after you walk in to the appointment and the office says the anticipated bill is $0. Expensive for otherwise very basic care.

This was the single most satisfying PCP appointment I have ever had. The staff was efficient and friendly. The check-in system was clear. Although I did fill out an electronic pre-questionnaire (something I'm not fond of in general), Dr. Malachovsky actually read through it with me and had clarifications and follow-up questions. He was with me our entire session and did everything himself from blood-work to vital signs. He was able to hold a full conversation with me, building rapport and remain attentive to my needs while simultaneously completing a full history, physical, and review of systems. Wonderful bedside manner and extremely efficient as well. I could not recommend him or his practice more.

Dr. Malachovsky is a very nice doctor, but the office staffs are unprofessional and also their computerized system made us very uncomfortable. We won't go back there.

I never got to see the doctor. His computerized scheduling system kept dropping my appointments. I was put off my the fact he lost his license for forty eight months.

I've never waited, I've never been unable to reach this doctor, and I've never been disappointed. He caters his practice so it's convenient to you; not the other way around, as is common practice.

The doctor is sensitive, thoughtful, experienced and very efficient. I am someone who is very picky about my medical care and I am thrilled to recommend him without any reservations

I visited Dr. M's Manhattan office a couple months ago with an acute health issue. He diagnosed the problem immediately but still took all the proper steps to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Booking appointments is quite easy with his automated system online. No need to wait while the receptionist puts you on hold as with so many other doctors. Very attentive. And his assistant Adrian is very cordial, has a great sense of humor and was very helpful making sure my claims reached the insurance company when a paperwork hold up on their side left me paying the bills. I would highly recommend.
