Very helpful in providing samples when times are tough!

Great dr- have been seeing for a number of years. Very thorough, prompt and has a great bedside manner. Always willing to spend time with his patients and explain any questions. Also the staff is wonderful- very friendly and professional and call promptly with test results. All around I am very pleased with the care I receive from this office.

I have been going to Dr. Mandel for years. My son and daughter in law also. He is so helpful in many ways and listens carefully to what you have to say. He always has the time to talk over medical concerns you may have.

I have been going to see Dr. Mandel for a few years for Type 1 diabetes. The appointments were OK and I only went there so that I could get my prescriptions for insulin renewed. When I lost my health care insurance I got a little bit behind on paying off my insane 120$ a visit costs. A few months later after I payed off my debt I called to setup an appointment to renew my prescription. the day BEFORE my appointment I called to see when exactly I had scheduled it for they tell me that they no longer want to see me at their offices and that they cancelled my appointment. This left me with barely any insulin left to treat myself and no where to go. They told me to pick up the phone book and find somewhere else. These people are outrageously rude to you when you become one second late with your payments. Greedy doctor who doesn't have his patients interests at heart. DO NOT GO TO HIM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

As written below... office staff is HORRENDOUS!!! And that reflects on the Dr....... I had to cancel an appointment the day before and rescheduled for a week later. When I arrived thinking I was 15 minutes early, I was told that I was late for the appointment. (I clearly had the time written on my calendar.) After sitting in his office for about 20 minutes, being told the Dr. was with another patient, the office clerk called me to the window to say that the Dr. would not see me and that I had to reschedule. I expressed that "I was not happy" and rescheduled. Keep in mind, I took time off work to see this guy.... This morning, (the day after), the office called me to say that the Dr. "was not interested in seeing me." (I would have been a new patient.) I'm very glad to find out what type of individuals he and his office staff are before I invested any more time. Another observation, no patient left his office while I was waiting, and the Dr. stood out of my site near the reception… desk while the rude office staff told me he would not see me that day... All I can say, he may be a great Dr. (he came highly recommended by a current patient), but with a POMPOUS ATTITUDE and VERY RUDE office staff, anybody can find better! He obviously has no regard for the "working stiff" that seeks his help.

Love the doctor...not the staff

I like dr mandell when in the office but his nursing staff could use some bed side manners I feel like I'm not being listened too when asking a question and if you can not give me an answer don't tell me your not a doctor get the answer from the doctor.
