Awful experience. Extreme wait times with poor bedside manner. Issues never addressed. They will make you come in for bloodwork every couple of months for no reason

Dr. McElya is a little excentric, yes, he runs around the office very fast , but that is the way he can get to give almost everyone some time to help you. When other doctors will not give you an appointment with several days in advance, Dr. McElya will accommodate you in his busy day. He is very experienced and can really fast identify your problem, and help you to get relieve. For a primary urgent doctor I am more than thankful to him for helping us in urgent moments with common illnesses and/or accidents.

efficient medical care

This doctor is a joke. I had to wait 4 hours to be taken back to a room by a rude nurse, who looked dirty. I then waited another hours in a room for Dr. Mcelya to see me. He ran in, didn't even look in my throat and ran out in 5 minutes. The place is noisy from the nurses laughing and carrying on at the nurses station. The front office girls are rude and look like they would rather be anywhere but here. I felt the same way. Won't be going back.

I gave this person a chance three times. My fault. I never saw the actual doctor, only a PA. There were extensive waiting times. The one time I was there to refill a prescription and after 45 minutes of waiting in a room full of people with the flu, I let them know I had to leave. Attempted to go another time to get the script refilled and they charged me for the visit where I left and never saw a medical person. Do not see this doctor if you have decent insurance. You have many better options.

Doctor was great, however front desk staff ruined entire visit. They were rude, incorrectly charged me and didn't apologize. Waited over 20 min before being called back.
