I tell this man what's been going on with me and he doesn't listen wrote prescription that I didn't need

Dr Roach is calm and methodical and gets to the bottom of the problem. If he thinks your complaint needs a specialist he doesn't hesitate to get you to the proper treatment. He is quite good at defining the problem and once that's done treatment is the easy part.

Dr. Roach is a good Doc in a Box doctor. I don't mean that rudely but he has a small walk-in medical office with the basic medical equipment for run-of-the-mill issues. The waiting time is usually short and has staff is well trained and friendly. Dr. Roach is also friendly and seems interested in me whenever i visit. I definitely recommend him for a Family Doctor and as a starting point for any complex medical issues. A plus is that Publix grocery store is next door and their pharmacy is well stocked and they can usually get you script filled in 20 minutes while you do some shopping. Prices on medication are okay but not the cheapest in town.

Dr Roach is a great doctor and for the most part his current staff is what you would hope for at a doctor's office. The exception would be his office manager Kayla. I am quite sure she has no degree or is licensed. I have been a patient of Dr Roach for several years and have seen staff changes. This change is not helping his professionalism. She is either always upset or angry. Attempting to communicate with her regarding a referal lead to frustration and further demonstrated her negative personality traits. I can't imagine working with her as I have overheard her being difficult with the staff. There are other family doctors in Auburn so consider one of them or don't go when she is working.
