Call the number to his office and then it says Porter Medical and get someone there. Think there is a Valerie that I spoke to. We did get out cd from them but had to pick it up at the office. Go up there adn see if the other group is there and you can possibly get them to contact Dr W's staff. Good luck. What a mess. He was total grouch and very rude.

apparently he retired and gave no warning. I am fighting now to get medical records but no one to contact anymore... very cruddy bc I saw him for over 12 years!

This place is a joke and they only care about themselves and have no remorse for pts. They only care about booking their next vacation with docs money and promotions. When pts call for questions or refills they get upset like it’s not their job to take these calls. If you don’t like your job find another oh wait then they won’t get trips. That’s right

He goes over everything and when it is something he can’t help me with he refers me to a specialist.

My Mother was a recent patient for over 40+ years and recently had to wait 20 days to get lab results for a bacterial infection she was not even aware she still had. My Mother really liked her doctor but after a 15 day hospital stay she didn’t get better or know what was causing her medical condition our family decided to switch our Mom to a Doctor who doesn’t just offer jokes and limit of his time. I noticed through the years he sent her to way too many specialist and ran way too many tests that I’m not sure were even necessary. As parents age it is important to be involved and know what type of care they are really receiving.

Surprised to see such bad reviews. My husband years ago went to at least 5 doctors with extreme pain and weakness. Only Dr.Weisenthal took it seriously, hospitalized him and discovered his cancer. We are forever grateful. Long waits but if you want to know exactly what’s wrong then he’s your guy!

I have compared Dr. Wiesenthal with other doctors and I have found that the other doctors I have seen have overmedicated me with much higher dosages than I needed, given medications I did not need and one tried to do a heart catheter for a blockage which did not exist! I just had heartburn. Dr. Wiesenthal starts medication doses out small, titrating up if need be, sends you to a specialist to ensure your complaints are attended to, and does not try and sell you his line of vitamins. I am very happy with his medical expertise and concern about my overall well being.

This Guy has no time for anyone. What a disgrace to the medical field. He should be investigated for fraud.

Staff is rude for one! Had to put that out there. Honestly they need to go to school for customer service. Second dr wiesenthal seemed to rush through the whole visit. After waiting for almost two hours and feeling sick that day with dizziness and weak he told me I was fine! Wasted money on him for nothing. I definitely don't recommend him one bit. Kind of sad
