Dr. Martin H Williams, MD

I had hurt myself at the gym and I went there because of a pain in my side. I was checked for a hernia also told to come back if I had any continued pain. I still had pain and called back to get a note so I could cancel the gym membership. They told me they had nothing in the notes about me complaining of being hurt at the gym. Incompetent and infuriating! I told them I would be finding a new doctor. THEY SENT ME A CERTIFIED LETTER TELLING TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE. This incident reflects poorly on the doctor and supporting staff. All the money spent on healthcare and they should be ashamed of themselves. Neither of the doctors I have seen there are listed, probably to artificially inflate the reviews. More dishonesty. The reason I gave this rating to Williams is that he signed the certified letter.

I have been under Dr. Williams care for about 20 years and can recommend him to anybody. Not only he is an excellent physician, caring and compassionate man, but Danbury Medical Group under his leadership became a wonderful clinic.

Dr. Williams was my primary physician for 30 years. Cannot say enough about him.

I feel that this medical practice need's mental health trainning because of them being so prejudice against the mentally ill. At least with me anyway. The employee's are very rude not letting me talk to the manager. Then the doctor who I sued to see there is a very bad doctor because he doesn't want to work thing's out with me in order for me to come because the whole practice is making up every excuse to not take me back. When I didn't do anything wrong to them. The other patient did by breaching my Hipaa Privacy Act, and etc.

The most caring physician I have come across in my 70+ years. I wish I could take him with me!
