I was born in France but lived in Belgium until I crossed the ocean. My home town in Belgium is called Brugge or Bruges (in English). It is a medieval city that was one of the most important cities in Europe in the 14th -16th century. The city has been well preserved since that time.. After Medical School I left that old city to come to a very modern, large and always changing city, LA!
