Dr. Martine Binstock, MD

This doctor along with a colleague lied about what was going on with my mother who had cancer. My mother was supposed to have a lung biopsy, however, they stated my mother had TB and they couldn't do the biopsy, they then isolated her and made us take her back to her assisted living apartment to which the facility tested her 3 times for TB and she was negative. They lied because they asked me what we would do if she had cancer. I stated I wasn't sure, that we'd have to look at all our options. My mother already suffered from Alzheimers/Dementia and was in a frail state. It's something the family needed to discuss. So much for the Doctors oath... my mother died a couple weeks later. Afterwards I sent the doctor a letter via email about my care and treatment along with our dissatisfaction, and she blocked all further communications of my parents medical files to which I was legally allowed to have as their health care proxy and executor. Dr. Binstock then moved to Colorado from… Cleveland OH. I definitely do not recommend her as a PCP.

She was wonderful and I loved her.
