I went into the hospital two separate times in 2021. I met Dr. Meyer when he came to visit and check on me at the hospital, on a weekend. Doctors rarely visit patients at the hospital on weekends. I immediately switched from the doctor who had been assigned to me at the hospital, to becoming Dr. Meyer’s patient because of his consideration. Since being in Dr. Meyer’s care (almost 3 years now), I have been doing great. He listens to and validates my concerns. He is a genuine human, not a robot like some other Specialists who treat their parents like another number. 100% highly recommend.

Every member of the staff from appt setter, receptionist, nurse, anethesist, to Dr Marty Meyer exhibited skill + professionalism, great people skills. They all had calming effect on me for the distastful procedure i was about to have. i would definitely recommend them.

Very great experience all around. Wait time was minimal- maybe 5 minutes total from check in- to nurse visit to seeing the doctor. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me at all. Great care!!

Dr Meyer, the nurses and staff of Ohio Gastro are excellent. They were on time, courteous and professional. The nurses and Dr. Meyer explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. This is my 2nd colonoscopy with Ohio Gastro and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent care.
