Stay away!!! Office staff ignored that fact that this was a well baby visit. This was a first visit and made sure to tell them why she was being brought in. They coded it wrong and the insurance wouldn't cover it. $205 for a child that wasn't sick. The office would not take responsibility for their mistake!!!!!

Mary Alonzi and her disrespectful and just rude staff do not deserve your money. They have little to no morals and have lied and been deceitful to myself and even when subpoenaed to court. Trust me on this one... find a different pediatrician, someone who is there to help you not cause problem after problem for you.

The staff at Dr. Alonzi's office failed to properly document an immunization my son received. When I brought the information up to the staff they refused to acknowledge or take responsibility in this matter. The medical assistant that I spoke with suggested getting the immunization again even though it is not the recommended dose. The staff refused to let me spaek with the doctor and the offfice manager. They staff also hung up on me and yelled at me while on the phone in addition to interrupting me whenever I was speaking. I have never been so appalled and this is a place where we are entrusting our children's medical care. There needs to be a way to report these behaviors and practices to ensure proper medical advice and care are being given.
