Dr. Mary Kathryn Anania, MD

0 stars if this was the doctor at Jackson hospital in Marianna Florida. Cold cold cold person! Should not be in the medical field! Don't know how she can look herself in the mirror!

Dr. Kathryn Anania has a horrible bedside manner because she has a chip on her shoulder and is too full of herself. As a patient I was allowed to lay in the hospital bed all day without seeing a doctor. At 7 pm when I insisted on seeing her, she finally showed up with nothing (my information) in her hands. She explained that she saw my information early that morning and was very concerned. Yet she never came by. She was very rude to me and my family. She compained about how long she had to go to school and how much it cost. Overall, her bedside manner was so disrespectful and condescending that she really shoud consider becoming a pathologist. She has no business seeing patients in a hospital.pathologist

During my stay at Fl Memorial for triple by-pass surgery, Dr. Anania was a delight to see each day. She took the time to see to my needs since my Cardiaic doctor was not available. Since my GP wasn't around either, she would check up on my condition and make sure that all my needs were fulfilled.

As big a person as she is, she has no right to tell another person how to eat and what not to eat when they was not being seen by her for there weight or eating habits for that matter. I believe she needs to learn more about test that were performed so that she will have the correct answer when someone comes to her with a list of questions. about the test and questions pertaining to them.
