My elderly mother sits on the phone on hold for long periods of time. When she leaves messages, she doesn't get return phone calls. I have also called and left messages with no return calls. When it is time to renew prescriptions and the pharmacy contacts them, they are never renewed in a timely manner (they don't return the pharmacy's calls in a timely manner). Dr. Gilligan is her doctor, but she rarely see's her when she comes into the office. She more than likely see's a physician's assistant. When my mother expresses concern about pain, Dr. Gilligan doesn't even examine her; she chalks it all up to old age. Very frustrating when you can't always go with your elderly parent to their appointment and this is what you hear!
