Dr. Mary M. Bartley, MD

This was my first time with this provider.

Dr was rude, didn't even know why I was there, told me I needed to get my cholesterol level back to where it was 3 years ago by doing whatever I did back then, which I was confused about because I wasn't doing anything. She asked about the tilt of my neck which is why I went to see her 2 years ago after an Urgent Care visit sent me back to my provider with test results and exrays for further help. When I saw her, she walked into the room, never took her hsnd off the door knob and she said "I'm not looking at that or reading it" it's just arthritis, keep moving your neck, and walked out the door. She shouldn't be a doctor if she doesn't want to help people.

I always feel at ease when I visit with Dr. Bartley.

The visit was concise, courtesy was excellent

I was asked what treatment I wanted by the MD. If I knew what I needed I wouldn't have come it. My concerns were dismissed and there was a significant lack of empathy by the MD. I'm going to have to look for alternate care providers, this was terrible. I know medicine is an inexact science and understand that I might be a lower priority as I'm not in the office very often. This interaction was a waste of time and frankly I left feeling unheard, unwanted, with here is a script for some PT "you can schedule". Wow thanks for not caring about me at all!!

Arrived a little early for my appointment and was very quickly brought to an examination room. After speaking with the medical assistant to get my weight, blood pressure etc., Dr. Bartley came in and we had an excellent discussion of my health concerns followed by an examination.

Everyone was professional and respectful. Very good overall experience.

My overall care at this providers office is always very good.

Very happy with care.

I was able to ask about other concerns I had. In the past I always felt like I was being rushed through.
