Dr. Mary Anne Blake

I've been a patient of Dr. Blake's for 20+ years and have always found her to be kind, concerned, patient, and extremely easy to talk to. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I am sure based on reviews she is a great Doctor. Wish I could get an appointment/ I just moved here and am trying to find a new OBGYN. I just called Dr. Blake's office to try to get an appointment as I think I have an issue that I need to be seen soon for. I explained this to her receptionist and was she wouldn't have anything for a new patient for 4 weeks. With out going into details the issue I have is a very common women issue and waiting 4 weeks for help with this annoying issue is just not going to happen. Wish they were friendlier to new patients or not accept anymore until they are caught up.

Dr. Blake is a kind, quick, brilliant doctor. Caught my uterine cancer and three days later, I was in surgery. Referred me to to best genecological oncologist in the region, John Wheelock. Complete cure. Straight forward, doesn't rush you, great empathy and concern for my welfare and cares about follow-up Get this doctor if you can!

She is great at what she does!!!! I would suggest her to anyone!!

I went to Dr. Blake after my bad experience with another Dr. I was so impressed. They were very busy at the front desk and the phone was ringing. Dr. Blake was walking by and reached over and answered the phone. I overheard her comment to the person on the phone: " Yes this is Dr. Blake, I was walking by and we are really busy so, I thought since I was going by I would help out." I have had many doctors and have never seen that or heard of it. Dr. Blakeand her staff have always been very friendly. I thought my daughter (22yrs) needed to see a gyn. After a couple of questions from Dr Blake it was decided she really didn't need the services of a gyn now. Dr. Blake told her to come back when she was getting married or sexual active. She said, " Have a Merry Christmas and no charge. That doesn't happen now days. Too many doctors are interested in the almight dollar.

Been seeing her for years. Spends time with patients, great bedside manner. Hard to get an appt. though because she is so good and you do have to wait a long time in the waiting room.

Let me preface this by stating office times can vary. Dr. Blake at anytime, like any OB,may have a baby being delivered. When it's our time we, we want her attention, and you will too.From the beg, she was not only caring, but concerned. During my pregnancy, she was not only supportive, but also very helpful with many of the medical problems I had incurred. During the delivery, I was lucky to have Dr. Blake deliver my first child. She is an amazing, resilient women, and a fantastic doctor. My family is truly pleased with her service.By the way, Judy & Amy in TN Womens Care office's are fantastic also!

I had not seen Dr. Blake yet when I found that I was pregnant. I was very sick and called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist said there was no appointment that day because Dr. Blake had a broken leg. 10 minutes later I got a call telling me they would work me in. I was at the office for only about 10 minutes before they called me back. The nurse weighed me and got some samples, and it was not even 5 minutes later that Dr. Blake came in. She got me some rxs and sent me straight to the hospital for fluids. The ER nurse told me that Dr. Blake called several times to check on me and follow up on my care.

20 year old woman in a much much younger body. You miss it if you don't get her for your GYN or Baby Dr. I always said if she were in a practice of medicine only she could put some medical Dr's to shame in addition to her expert current practice. Way beyond the norm in all ways & a wonderful person.

I have seen dr blake with both of my pregnancies...my first one i was 25 and was scared--i didnt really like how i was talked to--i was not the skinniest person to have a baby but she made me feel bad that i was bigger and that my child was going to be HUGE!! which my baby was under 7lb. I love her nurse AMY...she is the best! Judy is great too but Amy is the one i go to for everything unless it was delievering my child
