great doctor - have referred family members

My 12 months old baby had a rash on his legs only and I took him to see Dr.Chang. The office is located right in the middle of a shopping center. Parking is terrible and office staff not as friendly. I didn't like the doctor at all. She is very fast to get you out. Didn't even come close to exam my son's skin. She looked at his legs from her chair and said it was eczyma and didn't take her time to explain how to care for it. She got up within in 1 minute and started walking out of the door. I had to stop her to ask questions. She didn't even ask me if I had any questions like all other doctors do. And the answers she gave me were poor answers anyway. She gave me wrong instructions. I had to call the office the next day to ask for more details of how should I use the creams. Very unhappy with her and her office staff in general. I do not recommend her to anyone. Please don't waste your time and money. Find a different dermotologist for your kid. I will never go back there… again.

I made the appointment due to the good rating but I was not satisfied, She seemed to be on a rush to finish the visit and when I was trying to tell her about my child skin issues for example a diper rash she had suffered in the past she told me the remedy for that was to be potty trained ( she is only 18 months)..well yes, everyone knows that you don't have to be a doctor to say that however there are children who have severe skin prolem and sometimes not matter what you do it just doesn't go away and they have to see an specialist. I told the staff I was not coming back, probably it doesn't matter to them but I think she should take more time to examine the children and make sure they are in good shape in regards to their skin that why she is the doctor..she may be a good doctor to others, she just wasn't for me...
