Dr. Cianfrocca was referred to me while i was a fox chase patient. I have never in my life met a more uncaring , unsupportive physician. As a very young patient diagnosed with breast cancer , i had grueling testing and assessments by numerous team members over and 8 hr interdisciplinary team approach. She belittled me and called me uncooperative at 400pm that just a few more students needed show and tell timeâ?¦ I told her i was exhausted and embarrassed but she continued to show no signs of empathyâ?¦ The ball is in your court throughout it as far away as you can and run the other wayâ?¦ please if i can help 1 person not be degraded as i was, do your homework and find the correct md for you, who will respect your wishesâ?¦

Dr. Cianfrocca is the best. My MD said she was the doctor to see, and that was the truth. Dr. is respectful, pro-active,known as an expert in her field. Dr. is surrounded by highly capable, kind, and professional staff.Dr. made chemo, meds treatment, etc. effective and comfortable.Dr. is gentle but direct. She is there to be your Dr., not your friend. I appreciated that confidence and clarity.

This was a very disappointing experience. This doctor would spend minimal time, would not explain procedures, did not want to answer questions and would not respond to requests for getting additional medical services.
