Dr. Mary Elizabeth Ciranni-Callon, DO

She correctly diagnosed an issue I was having that others had missed. She is an excellent listener and physician. Her physical exams are quick and efficient. I have had problems with appointment scheduling at the office, but this in no way reflects upon her. I highly recommend her.

She bills you twice for one visit if you even ask a different question than what you are there for. And then when you question the bill, they get very upset and just discharge you so you aren't allowed to return.

Dr. Ciranni-Callon is exactly what physicians should be--competent, compassionate, thorough. She answered all my questions and yet did not make me feel rushed. I have already referred another patient, new to Rochester, to her.

At first, I thought Dr. Callon was ok, but then with further questioning, she became extremely judgemental and jumped to conclusions about my diagnosis (which has been proven not to be what she thought). She treated me very poorly and did not take time to answer questions.
