The exact same behavior the other reviewer posted happened to me. She was literally screaming at me over the phone, so I put it down and walked away. I have PTSD in addition to skeletal dysfunction throughout. Who screams at anyone in pain?

I wish I could give this lady zero stars. The way she speaks to patients is totally unacceptable. She talks down to you as if you're beneath her. She overtalks you when or if you're trying to explain. I let her keep speaking after passing judgment on me for something she was totally wrong about. I did however, express to my permanent physician, to never schedule me with this woman again. She shouldn't be practicing any type of medicine. To make matters worse, she had someone shadowing her and never once asked if it was OK to have this person along during my visit.
