Dr. Mary Elizabeth Cole, MD

Dr. Cole is wonderful and her nurses are friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer your questions. The only part of her practice that I am not completely satisfied with is the staff who work at the front desk, they are not as friendly or helpful as all of the other staff I have dealt with at Dr. Cole's office.

I felt as if Mary Cole was spending time with the PA in the room & I was just listening in. I had been using a provider in Hixson, TN who always had concerns about my chest having so much pre-cancerous spots, and had even treated me for them several times. When I asked Mary Cole about them, she just said "Oh, they're fine." I saw my PCP later &he said I needed to get that checked out ASAP. She did however offer to sell me several very high priced lotions & creams for any issues I mentioned. She didn't a tally tell me about them she told me the girls at the front desk would offer me some options. I felt as if I had interrupted a girlfriends luncheon and she was eager to get back to it.
