Would give 0 stars if possible. Dr. Cooper gave the impression that we were inconveniencing her by coming in for assistance. The check in staff was super nice and friendly, but once we went back to the waiting room, everything went downhill. She acted like she didn't care about any of the answers we gave to her minimal questioning. The she ordered 4 flu tests and 1 strep test even though we all live together in the same house. All came back negative so she said there was nothing they could do except to have us drink more water and take Tylenol. All 3 of my kids were running fevers and I was definitely sick with a sinus infection. I will never return to this location and if they tell you you're going to see Dr. Cooper - run away as fast as you can. I went to complain about her manner and was told that "some people are just different" - she's different alright - she has no business being a doctor. IT'S A PEOPLE JOB - YOU HAVE TO TALK TO PEOPLE TO HELP THEM!

I am a chronic care patient my personal dr had been giving me run around.. I went to dr cooper late one night. I was so sick! And scared they would want me in the hosp asap. She came in, listened to my problem and past, looked me over good and agreed I was very sick.. and needed medication right away. She rushed the script into the corner CVS and finally I was back home in my bed with ease. She was very quiet but sure to address my concern and problem.. and I totally understood she prob sees all different kinds of people all day and night long and had to be quick. I was thankful on how fast she was feeling the way I did at that time.. I would definitely! Go back to see her.

Argued with me about why I was sent to her and not the ER by my PCP. Poor people person, not confident with her ability as a physician.
