Would give zero stars if I could. My oldest daughter was put on an anti anxiety by a pediatric psychiatrist in another state, when we moved here we met with Dr Jammal about medication maintenance and told her it was a controlled substance. Dr jammal said it wasn’t and went to check, leaving us in the room for 15 minutes (which is a regular practice here at this office, you have to ask to leave which is uncomfortable and frankly unprofessional) I poked my head into the hall and asked if it was ok for us to go and went to fill the prescription. My daughter has been on it for three years, and after we filled the prescription we moved houses and lost the bottle. I called the office to ask about getting a refill, as it is not something you can just stop taking cold turkey. Dr jammal called me back and basically yelled at me on the phone saying this was a controlled substance and that she refused to fill it, even for a taper off dosage or emergency refill. She said we were “on our own” and… instead referred us to a psychiatrist which we booked an appointment for after an hour and a half on hold but the soonest appointment was a week out even urgently requested. My daughter is now going through withdrawals because this doctor puts her own reputation and comfort and “vibes” over her patients wellbeing. Disgusting care, I will be pulling all three of my children and will never return here. Any doctor who chooses to mistrust a parent who is advocating for the care of their child and who has made a mistake and is choosing to punish the child instead of providing care shouldn’t be treating children.

She went above and beyond woth the birth of two of our babies!! I highly recommend her!!!

We moved here from Sacramento when our kids were still very young. I drove 45 min each way to their old doctor for 2 years until I found Dr. Jammal. I tried others in this area and never felt like I found a great replacement until I met Dr. Jammal. She is wonderful. I recommend her to every new friend we meet who has just moved to this area. She is caring, approachable, and extremely thorough when you have a concern about your child. I like her office staff too. Her nurse is AMAZING with vaccinations - the best I've ever seen! My daughter still tells her friends that "her doctor just pinches you a tiny bit and then wipes your vaccine on with a tissue". I love, love, love Dr. Jammal and am so grateful we found her (& to the many friends who referred us). The wait is never long and when needed, I've always been able to get in the same day.

Great until our insurance changed and then she was FINISHED with my child. Literally said GOODBYE three to four times in a phone conversation when I was calling to get a few questions answered about my child. Clearly money comes first and the child comes second.

I think the staff is nice, but I didn't feel they were organized. Dr. Jammal is nice, conservative and follows up after an appointment.

Dr. Jammal has been our 4 children's pediatrician for 12 years. We've always been very pleased with her service, especially of one of our sons who had severe seizures as a young child. She recently became a Sutter Independent Physician and the care we've received since then has been exceptional. It's easy to get in touch with her and to schedule appointments. The bureaucracy of being in a large group is gone and we couldn't be happier.

My 2 children have been receiving superior care from Dr. Jamaal since we moved to Roseville, 12 years ago.She is kind, patient and extremely intelligent. I fully recommend Dr. Jamaal for both boy and girl patients.
