The staff was so nice and accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Findley was professional, listened to my health concerns and informed me of my options.

My wife visited this doctor several times for basically the same issues. The doctor was very hesitant to actually care for her in any manner except to recommend rest and then revisit. We finally went to another doctor and then received appropriate treatment with no issues. To compound our dissatisfaction, the billing departments sent us a threatening letter wanting payment on an account already paid by us or face collections and credit bureau reporting. It was very poor management and just as poor medical care..in our opinion.

DR FINDLEY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT PERSONAL. I TRUST HER JUDGMENT BECAUSE SHE DOES THE NECESSARY TESTING TO BACK UP HER DIAGNOSIS. HER STAFF IS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS.
