My ideal clients would be adults who are looking for more support to help manage their anxiety, depression, stress, or adjustment to new life circumstances. Clients who are motivated for change and want to work towards goals. Clients who want to better themselves while learning more about themselves and how they interact with the world around them.
My goal is to help support clients in discovering their own insight into how to feel better and take on current and future life challenges. I practice through a mostly solution-focused lens.
