Summary
My name is Mary and I have been working with clients and families for over 20 years. My focus is on strength-based therapy and meeting clients where they are currently in their lives. I focus primarily on trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I am open and affirming to all and a strong ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I take a holistic approach, and see my clients as the experts of their own lives and situations. My focus is to help empower others to find the best version of themselves thru mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and by helping to build better coping and self care.
Life can be hard, very hard and often unfair. Sometimes you can feel like you’re lost out on a raft sinking quickly. But there is always hope and my goal is to help you get your feet back on the ground, live life with intention and do “Life on Purpose”!
