She has a very good reputation for what she does. I'm only writing this review to warn ladies - if you have breast cancer and you see Dr Hadcock, and you want her as your surgeon, AND you want to do integrative treatment or just take some great supplements, dr hadcock will eat you up and spit you out and leave you in tears after she's belittled you to nothing. (Ok and why?? She's a surgeon- so why is she belittling cancer patients who are trying unconventional therapies, but who also want surgery??) How many people know people with breast cancer ?? I don't know that many people - but I know 3 ladies - all professional and educated and non-prima-donnas who researched breast cancer - and each of them left dr hadcocks office in tears. Not because of the status of the cancer ; rather because of how she belittled them. One friend told dr h that she was drinking wheat grass juice and turmeric daily. Dr H told belittled her, chastised her, and told her her skin was… "orange" because she drank too much turmeric! (Her skin was NOT "orange") My other two friends who consulted with her told me Dr H told them they "would die" if they deviated at all from the standard conventional treatment. Yes- they "would die" if they took supplements or if they supplemented with wheat grass juice .... Anyone who knows Dr H knows she is stuck in a box of conventional treatment - which - hello- these days is totally archaic. The way to go for kindler gentler and effective cancer treatment is to integrate treatment with quality-of-life improving supplements and nutrition, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, all kinds of natural holistic supplements. This is the trend. People are smarter these days- fresnans can and will leave town for more metropolitan areas to find more open minded drs. . If you want to be the monkeys covering their eyes ears and mouth about your cancer diagnosis- go see Dr H. If you're wanting a creative open minded surgeon who will work with your unconventional doctors, go elsewhere, leave Fresno. After I found out she was bad mouthing my primary dr in the community calling him a quack- I wrote her to cancel my appt... she DIDNT even know what he was doing in order to improve cancer patients quality of life and extending their lives dramatically .... She's very ignorant, not progressive at all. Very Fresno. Like 1900's Fresno. I went to Sacramento where I had an amazing surgeon named Dr Owens, Sutter medical groups, sacramento. The care was top notch, had my own room. My oncologist still raves that he did an amazing job... She said she's seen poor jobs.... Just wanted to warn any patients who are taking charge of their cancer treatment .... If that's you, Dr H will not like you, so stay away for self preservation. Cancer patients don't need her kind of closed mindedness and closed off crass attitude.

She is wonderful, understanding and caring.

She is an outstanding surgeon. She explains everything thoroughly, patiently answers every question, and her staff goes out of their way to serve the patients. She is compassionate but tells you all the facts. She expedited my surgery date, and though my surgery was extensive, there was no bruising or any complications.
