Dr. Mary M Hagerty, MD

I left numerous messages with office staff to have the doctor call me about my treatment. I never received a phone call. I had one appointment that was changed without my notification. When I went for my office visit, they accused me of lying about calling and my appointments. I will never recommend this office to anyone, and unless I cannot find another doctor, ever go back there.

I have never written a review of a doctor before but this one is well worth reviewing. I have been a patient of Dr. Hagerty for about 3 years now. She shows genuine concern for her patients on an individual basis. She doesn't just try to medicate you without finding the exact cause of your problem. She respects and takes into consideration the patients concerns about treatment and makes decisions with you rather than for you. My ONLY complaint would be that she isn't able to clone herself so that I could have her for my primary care doctor too. In todays world it is rare to find a doctor like Dr. Hagerty. If you are looking for a new rheumatologist, I strongly suggest that you consider her. She tends to be very busy but during your appointment she will not make you feel rushed.
