In the past year, Doctor Herte has performed a tummy tuck and a brow lift on me. The tummy tuck was necessary to put my abdominal muscles back in place after having had my children years ago. The brow lift was performed to help me deal with diminishing vision due to heavy eyelids. Both surgeries achieved beautiful results. Doctor Herte is totally present when you are in her office consulting with you or following up on your surgery. She closely monitors her patients after surgery. Her office staff, nurses, and financial staff are all well informed, very friendly, and helpful. Everything is well organized! From the time you enter the front doors until you leave, you feel well cared for and well received. I have never had such a positive experience in the office of a doctor. I waited 30 days for any appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told just to wait and have something to drink. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, almost two hours, I had to go. No one called to apologize or reschedule. I drove 45 minutes there and another 45 minutes home. SHE MUST BE JUST TOO BUSY!

Dr. Herte, was wonderful 1.5hr, heard what I had to say, helped to make what would work for me easy and explained it in detail. Is realy friendly and cares. The Plastic surgin i saw before her did not have time at all for me it was rush rush 10min and off to the next. Give Herte a try she is great and a people person...
