Dr. Kane-Brock was my doctor during a 5 day stay in the hospital. She provided competent, complete and compassionate care. The doctor even visited me on her day off during a snow storm which lifted my spirits greatly to know I had such a care-giver and advocate during my hospital stay.

I feel she dismissed every complaint I gave her. I work in the medical and have some idea of my symptoms. As I looked up my information on patient portal most of my complaints were not listed. I will not be returning to her.

I made an apt as a new patient for 11:30AM. I filled out all the paper work and paid the co-pay and proceeded to wait for an hour and half as patients who had appointments after me continue to go in and see Dr. Kane-Brock. I inquired whether these patients had appointments after me and found out they did. After the 3rd patient went in front of me and after being completely ignored I demanded my co-pay and paper work and left. I have never been to such an unprofessional Dr Office.

Dr. Kane-Brock is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She truly treats the whole patient and is never too rushed to spend the time necessary to understand your complete health picture. She even takes time for adequate follow-ups.
