Horrible dentist. Do not waste your time or money coming here. Very rude and ignores her patients. Will take your money and not provide a service. She doesn’t have a receptionist so she is always double booking patients and will have you waiting for a long time. Horrible!!!!! Do not go here!!!!

Ms. Matt is terrible dentist. I have for many years never had any cavities. Surprisingly after having usual dental clean, she told me I have a cavity on one of my molar even though I have no symptoms. I relented allow her to do her work, as I thought it would be a simple patch job. She instead proceeded to grind down my teeth so that she can put in a crown at much more expensive affair. Ever since the crown has never fit well and fallen off multiple times. I have had to go seek a different dentist to fix her hack job. Thanks for ruining my tooth!

Dr Matt put in a crown and left a gap. When I went back to have it looked at she said it was fine and that she could not redo it because there was no warranty. This is right after she put it in! Then she proceeded to fill a cavity that was next to the adjoining crown. After seeing several dentists since, they have all told me she should have redone the crown because it wasn’t fitted correctly. And the tooth with supposed cavity I had filled was cut along the crown in a straight line. I guess she was doing some patchwork? So now I have to get both teeth replaced. The whole time she said everything was fine and if there was an issue it was out of her hands. I paid $1,500 for that crown and not only did she put it on wrong, she refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and if there was she wasn’t going to do anything about it and she ruined to tooth next to it trying to hide her mistake. Do not go to her!

Always a good one. No wait, no pain. She works with my difficult schedule. Her beside manner and expertise is phenomenal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Matt's for five years. I love having my teeth cleaned. Her bedside manner is calming & reassuring. I have recommended her to my friends and family.

I purchased the coupon on LivingSocial for cleaning and x-ray $25. I received no cleaning only X-ray and was told I needed $8000 worth of dental workð??³

MaryKaren Matt is easily the worst dentist I've ever had. I went to her for about 4 years, and I needed a crown or other expensive work every time I went in for a 6-month cleaning. My new dentist hasn't found ANY problems in the 4 years since. The incompetent billing people never had a clue how much my insurance might cover, and always made me overpay up front instead of figuring what the insurance would pay first, so I always had a credit balance with them. About 10 months after I quit going to her, they called to verify I wasn't coming back, but just kept the money they still owed me. And they always acted like they were doing me an incredible favor by submitting claims to my dental insurance. Every other dentist has someone knowledgeable to do that for you. It's their job, not yours! I had my front teeth bleached, and my bill was a lot more than they said it would be. It worked really well, but, after the bleaching, I had to have a new filling on one of those teeth. Dr.… Matt, who I hardly ever saw for more than a minute, let one of her hygienists pick out the color for the filling, and it ended up not matching the new bleached color of my teeth! They always charged $7 on every visit for "Infection Control", which was to pay for rubber gloves. After 4 years, that was $84 for $3 worth of gloves, and that comes out of your pocket. And I always had to argue with them to keep from getting a medically unnecessary and non-covered gum measurement they insisted I needed, and charged $10 or more for. She also said I might have mouth cancer once and charged me $100 for testing, but it was only minor thrush from my asthma med, which she should've known. When I needed a crown, I always had to argue with them to get the cheaper one my insurance would pay for. They couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to spend another $275 of MY money on a crown that wouldn't show at the gum line on a rear molar nobody could see anyway. And her practice was in a building that had to validate parking, so that was just another hassle. My new dentist has free parking, works Saturdays, does all the critical work herself, and her billing person knows everything about every insurance, tells me down to the penny what everything will cost including insurance before it's done, and they don't try to charge me for unnecessary things that aren't covered. And the hygienists and billing staff have been with her forever because they like working for her, not like Dr. Matt's staff that was different every time I saw her. If you like being ripped off, having unnecessary procedures and getting more x-rays than your insurance pays for, and wasting hours of your time dealing with your insurance because Dr. Matt's staff can't be bothered with it, this is your dentist. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody.
